PUSH-IN Rescue Valve - Valve Stem Replacement

The Power Tank PUSH-IN Rescue Valve is a must-have for any off-roader. It is an emergency valve stem replacement that installs easily from the outside of the wheel reducing what is normally a headache-inducing trail repair to a simple 5 min. fix. 

Say you're out wheeling and happen to damage a valve stem in your wheel from a tree root or other trail debris. The old method to replace it is to:

1. Jack the tire in the air or remove it from the vehicle
2. Break the bead on the tire or remove your bead lock ring
3. Reach in to the back of the wheel to remove the broken valve stem
4. Insert the replacement valve stem from the back of the wheel and pull it in place
5. Reseat the tire or reinstall the beadlock ring
6. Air back up to trail pressure

This takes at least half an hour, assuming you have tools to break the bead in the first place and an air source powerful enough to reseat your tire bead when you're finished. (A Power Tank can reseat your tire bead, no problem)

With the Rescue Valve, replacing a valve stem is as easy as:

1. Punch the damaged valve stem into the wheel so you have a clean opening
2. Insert the Rescue Valve and tighten the nut to create a tight seal
3. Air back up to trail pressure

Fixing a damaged valve stem with a Rescue Valve is easier and faster than even changing out your tire for a spare. Because you don't need to jack your vehicle up, it's also the safest option. 

They are cheap insurance on the trail and small enough to be stored anywhere in your rig.
